Policies
Sessions:All sessions are by appointment only. All sessions are to be paid for in advance. All new series are to be paid for by the last session of your current series. All series must be used within 3 months of purchase. All sessions and series are non-refundable and nontransferable. Proper attire is required. All sessions are 55 minutes. Payment Options:Body Fundamentals accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa/Mastercard Cancellations:There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is no charge for appointments cancelled 24 hours ahead of time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time will be charged at the full fee. Standing Time Policy:Body Fundamentals offers the following options regarding holding standing appointment times. BF will hold your standing time/times as a courtesy for six (6) weeks at no cost to you. In the event you will be out of town or unavailable longer than six (6) weeks, BF will hold your standing time/times for a fee of $250.00/month. This is a flat fee and will remain the same whether you have 1 or more standings a week. If you choose not to hold your standing times and will be out of town and/or unavailable longer than six (6) weeks, we will do our best to find you a new time upon your return. Children:Due to the nature of our equipment and the potential danger, children under 12 are permitted in the studio by invitation only. We appreciate your understanding. Returned Checks:Please note that there is a $30.00 fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds. |
