Geneviève Nedder
Geneviève Nedder, Owner/Director of Body Fundamentals, Inc., is a Certified Pilates Instructor, a Certified Qualified Teacher of The Ron Fletcher Work™ and is certified in post-rehabilitation. She has been certified directly by Ron Fletcher and has trained at the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado and Essential Motion Inc. in Denver, Colorado. Geneviève attends national and international seminars several times a year. She is an active member of the Pilates Method Alliance, Idea Health and Fitness and The Screen Actors Guild.
Geneviève has a B.F.A. from the University of Arizona in Theater and Dance. Geneviève has directed professionally and performed on stage, in television, film, and video in London and Oxford, England; Edinburgh, Scotland; Los Angeles, California; Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona among other cities nationally and internationally.
In 1995, Geneviève sought help after two serious car accidents that left her with severe neck, back, shoulder and jaw problems. Looking for a way to avoid surgery, she began a successful Pilates rehabilitation effort. The work Geneviève teaches at Body Fundamentals combines her first career of theatre and movement, her studies with Ron Fletcher and other renowned professionals and her discoveries from years of personal rehabilitation. She brings the best of these disciplines to her passion for health to provide you a creative movement experience.
Geneviève founded Body Fundamentals in 1998, offering Pilates conditioning, post-rehabilitation, massage therapy and specialty seminars.
