Tuesdays - Fridays, 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Pilates Chair Quartet Sessions
Classes are 55 minutes

Pilates Wunda chair classes provide overall body conditioning, flexibility work and core strengthening. Our Chair sessions include; Mat, Reformer and Foam Roller techniques. Class size limited to 4 participants per session for personalized attention. Pre-registration required.

Saturdays, 10:15 a.m. - Beginning/Continuing
Saturdays, 1:00 p.m. - Intermediate/Advanced*
*Note: the Advanced class is suitable for Pilates instructors and for truly advanced Pilates students.
**No Pilates experience necessary for beginners.

Where:
The Studio is located in a private residential area off River Road between Swan and Craycroft.
All classes and sessions are on a registration basis.


Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
Sessions are 55 minutes

Register for semi-private Pilates sessions so you and a partner can enjoy a mutually encouraging, exclusive Pilates experience. Pre-registration required.
Appropriate for: All levels - Beginner to Advanced


Private Sessions
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes

Private Sessions are customized per each client’s needs and goals. At your first session you will complete a detailed intake form to help your instructor learn about your background and create a program plan. Afterwards, your instructor will conduct a postural evaluation to determine your specific needs for postural correction. Please allow 90 minutes for your first session.
Appropriate for: All levels - Beginner to Advanced


Body Fundamentals offers Movement and Health seminars throughout the year to compliment your Pilates programs.

Studio Closure Dates 2017

Easter

The studio will be closed Saturday, April 15th through Monday, April 17th for Easter Holiday. The studio will re-open Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
Saturday, April 29th

Beginning/Continuing chair class at 10:15am is cancelled due to a specialty meditation morning.
June Perfect Health Course

The studio will be closed Saturday, June 3rd for the Perfect Health Course.
July Summer Closure

The studio will be closed Tuesday, July 17th through Monday, July 31st for Summer Holiday. The studio will re-open Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
September

The studio will be closed Tuesday, September 5th through Monday, September 11th for studio maintenance and repairs. The studio will re-open Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
September Perfect Health Retreat

The studio will be closed Friday, September 29th and Saturday, September 30th for the Perfect Health weekend retreat.
