 Awareness. Clarity. Peace.

meditation tucson genevieve nedderMeditation lowers blood pressure, improves immune function, and helps reduce anxiety and stress. With a regular meditation practice, we can influence our bodies, minds, and emotions and move into a place of expanded awareness - a life changing event.

A Meditation practice allows us to see our thoughts, to observe our thoughts, but to realize we are not our thoughts. It is a powerful and profound spiritual technology. A meditation practice is a fundamental component of Ayurvedic medicine derived from the Vedic traditions of India.

Meditation is also an integral piece of the Perfect Health Lifestyle program and all of our mind-body workshops and seminars. There are many types of meditation techniques.

Everyone can benefit from a meditation practice and the best part is that you need no experience, special background or fitness level to learn or practice it. Learn to live more mindfully while improving your overall health and well-being.  Join me here in Tucson for group classes at the studio, or for Private Meditation instruction.
